Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer Free Quotes?

Yes, the first on site visit is free. After the initial quote is issued it is current for three months, if a call back is then required a fee will be charged.

What areas do you service?

Warringah, Pittwater, Upper and Lower North Shore , Hornsby, Eastern Suburbs, Hills, Inner West and inner Sydney suburbs and all surrounding areas.


What if I have all the tiles and fittings already?

We offer the same service and quote for labour only.

Do you offer a Guarantee?

Yes, as specified by the Dept of Fair Trading, and manufacturer’s warranty on supplies.

Do you have completed Bathrooms for viewing?

For privacy reasons we do not like to ask past customers for access to their bathrooms.
We can however offer you names and telephone numbers of referrals from a range of statisfied customers who are happy to give a verbal recommendation.

What kind of contract do you offer?

A standard Dept of Fair Trading or HIA contract for all work over the value of $1000.00.

Does your company have the appropriate insurance required?

Yes, including homeowners warranty insurance for all work over the value of $12000.00

What if I work and am unable to be home during renovation?

As we supervise the entire renovation the owner of our business can be given a key for access and he ensures that he lets the tradesman in and out of the job.

What is the approx value of a bathroom renovation?

Most bathrooms are costing a minimum of approx $15,000 upwards.

What is the time frame to complete a bathroom?

A minimum of 30 working days upwards.
